Creative Products Co. offers an Annual Support Contract that includes telephone, e-mail, and walk-in support
for an entire year. Many projects require a unique approach or special feature that Metrolosys provides and we'll
be available to help you get things going in the right direction.
If you don't have a support contract, don't despair. We'll be happy to answer your questions. This support will be
much more limited, but it usually is enough. It is important to us that your experience with Metrolosys is pleasant and productive.
New versions of the Metrolosys software are produced as features are expanded and improved, and as limitations and
bugs are removed. We offer a Software Maintenance Agreement that gives you access to the latest version of the
software as soon as it is available. This agreement provides the updates to you at a fraction of the cost of purchasing
a new system.
