Inspection Software for Machine Tool Probing
Metrolosys is an off-line programming system that generates g-code for probing machined parts and web-ready inspection reports of the measured features.
Metrolosys is based on the DMIS programming language and runs inside of an industry-standard CAD/CAM package called Mastercam. This type of application is known as a 3rd party application or, in the case of Mastercam, as a "C-Hook". An integration of products like this provides all of the functionality of both products, as well as the support of two teams of developers.
